RETURNS POLICY

If you aren't 100% happy with your order and want to return, you have 28 days to do so. 

MATCH & MUSE RETURN POLICY

• Returns are accepted within 28 days of when you received your order.•
• Returns will not be accepted without original tags & packaging
• All items will be checked for marks of wear + tan, makeup, fragrance odour or other marks/stains. Returns will not be accepted if item has any of the above.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 28 day period or for any items returned not meeting the original condition standards.
• We are unable to refund the postage for the return.

HOW TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN

STEP 1: 

• Please email contact@matchandmuse.com with your return request. Please outline your reason for wanting a refund 
• We can also exchange items if preferred, just let us know which item and size
• We will then provide you with the return address

STEP 2

•  Enclose your item(s) and package up securely. Please include the original packing note
• Please keep your proof of postage. We will require this if your return is not received by us.

STEP 3:

• Once we have received your item and approved for refund, we will process it and contact you to let you know. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds.
